I have had a rough week as far as being healthy is concerned. My main goal this week was to cut out my late night eating. I failed miserably. Hopefully, I will be able to succeed this week. In the meantime, I’ll introduce you to a fun community website that helps you stay focused and motivated about living healthy.
I have been a member at SparkPeople for about a year. Of course being the slacker that I am I haven’t kept up with my exercise/meals/etc like I should. However, I do enjoy the website and the reward points definitely help motivate me 🙂 It’s totally free, and I am in no way affiliated with them. I’m just a happy member who wants to share with others.
